RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON ORDERS THAT WERE SHIPPED CORRECTLY
We do understand that, in some cases, you may want to return or exchange your merchandise. Please fallow these steps below:
1. You can try and test your product for 30 days. After that date, return or exchange will be impossible. What means try and test? You can do with our product anything what you're able to do with the product during the regular shopping in the traditional shop. It means that the item should be returned in its original condition in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org providing your order number, return parcel contain, tracking number and shipping company name. If you want to exchange your merchandise, write exactly what you want to get in return and ask about payment methods for the shipping rate (buyer will be asked to cover any additional shipping rates occurred because of buyer's change of mind) and possible supplement occurred because of price differences.

After physical inspection of the goods, you will get the refund with the same payment method as you paid for it within 14 days after receipt your return in our technical department. You will be refunded for the item and for the standard shipping rate (ex. if you paid extra for express shipping, you will be refunded only for the standard shipping rate, not for the full amount). If you're returning a part of your order, you won't be refunded for the shipping rate. Shipping rate do not depends on items quantity.
After physical inspection of the goods, we will dispatch a new item within 14 days after receipt your return in our technical department. Additional shipping rate and possible supplement must be paid before shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BECAUSE OF SELLER MISTAKE
We're asking you to check the contain and its condition after received the parcel. If there are any missing parts or your item is in a bad condition or it's not what you have ordered, please write to email@example.com as soon as possible. If any misstatement will be reported AFTER SIX MONTHS, buyer have to prove that the parcel was incomplete/incorrect on receipt (ex. if there are some missing parts, you will have to prove that your parcel was incomplete and you didn't lost them during this six months).
We will do our best to solve it quickly. To help us, please send us complete information including order number and short problem description. You can add some photos if they're necessary. We will contact you ASAP to find the best solution. If any additional shipping rates will occurred because of our mistake, they're always on our side.
